A Pride and Prejudice variation, which takes place after the proposal at Hunsford. Mr Bennet and Elizabeth are involved in a carriage accident whereby Mr Bennett dies, and Elizabeth is lost for many months. In part more Mrs Radcliffe than Jane Austen.
