1900 and Dr. Watson and the Countess have been invited to a christening by an old schoolfriend of the Countess, Mignon, in the Waldenwulf Castle. Mignon fears for the life of her child and needs the help of the Countess.
Mulitated bodies start being discovered and the explanation given is wolves suffering from rabies unfortunately the locals prefer their superstitions.
