In this P&P variation there is an early resolution for Jane Bennet and Bingley. While Collins decides Elizabeth is not the right wife for him and switches to Mary. Meanwhile Wickham is blinded and left scarred by a musket blast. So Mary decides to read to him. How can Lady Catherine prevent the alliance between Darcy and Elizabeth. An Wickham be redeemed.
An enjoyable story apart from the Mary pairing.
