Jairus’ Torment by Mark Yarwood


The story starts with a flash mob on a train platform resulting in the death of two commuters, then two more deaths that of a politician and his mistress. DCI Jairus and his team investigate though he seems to go off on his own too often. When his previously unknown half-brother, and the local gangster both appeared I lost interest.
