A killer in Seattle is aiming to recreate the nine circles of hell. Detectives Robi Darcmel and Trey Keane are the person's trail knowing that a little girl who had been rescued by Darmel is the key to solving the puzzle.
What I didn't like was that we never knew how the clues were solved by Darcmel.
