Service for Two by Kate Kingsbury

It's 1907 and the local doctor has died.Unfortunately on the morning of her funeral service his coffin is opened to find a different body inside, and Dr. McDuff's body is elsewhere. Is there any connection to a spate of jewel thefts in London to the Pennyfoot Hotel.
A decent mystery with some likeable characters.
