In this P&P sequel, while the Bingleys are showing their new born son around the various families, Mary Bennet, is staying with the Gardiners who believe she is helping a history professor at the British Museum. But she is actually in their basements learning magic at the Order of Saint George.
Her life becomes more complicated when the Wickhams come to stay, with his lucky charm, an amulet, which may bring forth an ancient evil
A very delightful and well-written Mary Bennet story. I really enjoy these Mary stories where she comes into her own and is able to grow, and certainly becomes a much more interesting character.
