Detective Garda Sergeant Mike West is called out to view a dead body found in Foxrock village churchyard, found by local Edel Johnson, who's husband had disappeared several months previously. The next day she disappears. A straightforward case suddenly becomes complicated.
Irritated by the cliche attraction between Edel and West. Also as the story continued it became more farfetched and Edel actions annoying.
