The tale of Mary Bennet and Captain Denny continues in this short Pride and Prejudice story (13,000 words). A month after the Netherfield Ball the Lucases hold a ball to celebrate the engagement of Mr. Collins and Charlotte. Could the relationship between Mary and Denny go more wrong.
Another re-read of this enjoyable part to the story.
