Murder at an ExhibitionMurder at an Exhibition by Lisa M. Lane
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

1863. Photographer's assistant, Bridget Williams, is locked in their dark room, then the photographer, Hugh Pratchett, is killed at the Royal Academy Exhibition, and art critic Morelli is attacked. Is there a connection to all these events. Constable David Moberly investigates with the help of Bridget and her friend Jo Harris.
An entertaining and well-written historical mystery with its cast of likeable characters.
I received a complimentary copy of the book from the publisher via Library Thing and am voluntarily leaving a review
