The Courthouse Murder: A 1940s Chief Inspector Bryce story by Peter Zander-Howell
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
1949. Hartminster Magistrates Court. During a lunch recess Derek Bignold is murdered. As he was such a hated man there is a large number of suspects. DCI Philip Bryce and DS Alex Haig investigate.
An entertaining and well-written historical mystery.
