Julie Collins, is still grieving over the death of her brother Ben, when a local sixteen year old girl's body is discovered, with similar details to Ben. Her best friend and P.I. asks for her help in tracking her movements for the two weeks prior to her death.
I wasn't too sure that I was going to like the Collins character but she grew on me and I enjoyed the mystery, so I am looking forward to reading the next one.
