Charles Edwards, can think of no other purpose then to live a careless free life, is friend to Henry Crawford. The now reformed Crawford of Mansfield Park. Charles has no reason to reform until he meets Evelyn Barrett and begins to wonder if his life could have a purpose after all.
A delightful romance and a good read. I like that it has connections to the seemingly less popular book by Austen and hope for more of them.
