1884 The assumed seven guilty men for an anarchist attack in France are in London. Of the seven brothers one has already been murdered. Can the police and especially Special Branch find them before they are all murdered.
D.S.Billings is distracted and so slow to solve the case.
Overall an enjoyable mystery.
