It starts with the murder of a speaker at the Royal Society which the Wrexfords start to investigate. But foreign forces reach out to England ready to cause financial havoc. Family and friends become involved, when a secret from the family's past appears.
An entertaining and well-written Regency mystery with its likeable main characters which are supported by a cast of varied personalities. Another good addition to this enjoyable series.
An ARC was provided by the publisher via Netgalley in exchange for an honest review.

(I skipped most of the explanations about the stock exchange, financial dealings as the workings don't really interest me)

Twenty years later Darcy is tasked with finding one of them so that she can be returned to her rightful family, her very high ranking family.
Entertaining variation made so with the pairing of Mary's. Another enjoyable re-read.
Though I would have liked to have read more about Mary and her marriage and any adventures she may have had. A more interesting life than Elizabeth’s. Another re-read.

An entertaining and well-written historical mystery romance with its cast of likeable and interesting characters. Another good addition to this delightful series.

In this Pride and Prejudice variation can Elizabeth Bennet and Darcy prevent the arranged marriage instigated by Sir Wesley Belwood between his nephew Colonel Fitzwilliam and his granddaughter Jane Belwood previously known as Bennet. A daughter from Mrs Bennet's first marriage. Do either Jane and the Colonel want the marriage or are there other options.
An entertaining and well-written story which thankfully other Bennet daughters stories were also told not just Elizabeth's. Though I would have prefered more time spent with Mary and possibly Jane.
