The story continues for as ordered, Salim has arranged the death of Holmes so that his sister Safiya, will be released. But what about Lucy's mother, Zoe Rosario, why has been taken. Events finally lead everyone to Cairo, but what are Lord Sonnebourne plans, can Holmes thwart his plans and rescue the captives.
Another entertaining and well-written historical mystery with a cast of likeable characters.
