IF THEY KNEW by Norah Winter
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
1931 The head teller at the local BMO is a popular young man. But when he dies suddenly his sister wants him buried immediately. Unfortunately that is not possible and Dr Maggie Fitzmorris discovers his secret. But why is he dead. But he will not be the last.
Inspector Hislop and Maggie investigate.
An enjoyable historical well-written mystery with its likeable main characters.
