In March of 1818, Captain Gabriel Lacey is preparing for a duel but he begins to be drawn into the lives of two of his friends - Leland Derwent and Garath Travers - where he must unravel a mystery.
I enjoy reading about these likable characters - even the constant villains in the series - I also like the writing style. I shall need to buy the next in the series.
