Cathedral of Bones by J.G. Lewis
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
1226 on the day of her husband's funeral, Ela of Salisbury takes over the role of sheriff and investigates her first death. That of Katherine Morse, whos body was found in a nearby water.
An entertaining well-written historical mystery. A good start to a new series with its likeable characters
