My rating: 4 of 5 stars
1951. Retired dermatologist Sir Bernard Crompton's home has been ransacked. When his body is discovered on board his boat in Cornwall DI Ryga is sent to Cornwall to investigate. Then another body is discovered in a cove. Is there a connection.
An entertaining and well-written historical mystery.
