Times Like These by Stephen Puleston
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
A body of a man, Frank Armagh, an accountant, is discovered behind rubbish bins at a builder's merchant. He is thought to have been repeatedly run over. Investigation showed that he has faced two failed rape prosecutions and one current case. Later the mutilated body of banker Raymond Carey is found. Is there a connection. Will there be more victims. What could be the motive. DI Marco and his team investigate.
An entertaining and well-written crime story, with its cast of likeable characters.
