The Inventor by Emily Organ
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
London 1884 and after spending time setting up a electricty display inventor Simon Borthwick kills himself. But why and who are the people he refers to in his suicide note. Reporter Penny Greens wants to find out. Meanwhile she is sent to a murder scene to write a report concerning the progress of the police. As usual she involves Inspector James Blakely of Scotland Yard.
Again another enjoyable and well-written mystery.
