1900 The Countess with Dr. Watson are invited by the Nortons to spend Christmas with them at the Queenscliffe Hotel. Arriving by boat the Countess notices a body in the water. This is not the first death, and will not be the last. What is going on in the area. Why is Irene Norton so nervous. With help the Countess and Watson investigate.
Another enjoyable historical mystery in this series with its likeable characters.
