The Felsham Affair: A Lawrence Harpham Murder Mystery Book 4The Felsham Affair: A Lawrence Harpham Murder Mystery Book 4 by Jacqueline Beard
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

1896 Bury St. Edmunds. While Violet Smith is employed by Drucilla Brown of Felsham to investigate a 30 year old case of a child, Frederick, thought to have been poisoned by his mother Julia Brown. Who was acquitted of his murder. Meanwhile Lawrence Harpham is employed to find the missing child of Flora Johns of London.
An entertaining and well-written historical mystery with its likeable characters except Loveday, I hope she disappears soon.
Another good addition to the series
