1809 Due to a series of jewel thefts at the Drury Lane Theatre, Bow Street Runners are sent to prevent another, this includes Pickett who accompanies Julia, Lady Fieldhurst.
This is another in the series which is a romance (somewhat tiresome by now) with a bit of mystery.
And unfortunately it was very obvious who the guilty party was from the beginning.
