Small Matters by Suzanne Downes
My rating: 3 of 5 stars
Victorian Lady Thora wants to work as a private investigation aganst the wishes of her parents and the police. Bumping into Gerald Southworth who is being pushed into the police but wants to go to Paris to paint. They develop a scheme to swop identifies. All does not go to plan.
Not really much of a mystery story and I really didn’t find Thora that likeable just annoying.
Overall a well-written story
