Murder for Miss Emily by J.F. Straker
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
Miss Emily Mytton arrives home after spending the night away only to find a body in her bed, that of much hated John Cluster, stabbed in the back. Considering her position in the village she feels she is in the best situation to investigate the murder than the police. But is she correct. DI Pitt investigates.
An entertaining modern mystery
