1922. While the village attended a church service at St. Augustus, the body of Phillip Newley is discovered, in the churchyard, stabbed. Suspicion falls on estranged wife Isolde, and her close friend Dr. Teddy Mainwaring. The Christies investigate as the village has been cut off due to a snow storm.
An entertaining historical mystery with its likeable main characters. Another good addition to this enjoyable series.
