In this Pride and Prejudice variation Darcy sees Elizabeth for the first time at Lambton with the Gardiners and falls in love/lust straightaway. It doesn’t take long before Elizabeth feels the same. Then Lydia decides to elope with Wickham. Can any one have a happy ending.
Too much of the giggling of Elizabeth, Catherine and Georgiana and not enough about Mary. Very little angst but still an entertaining story. A re-read.
