June 1960 A storm leaves nine guests stranded at the Hotel Auslander, on the island of Utakos. With no police on the island, after a death occurs it is suggested that actor Ormond Basil who played Sherlock Holmes in fifteen films investigate. But can he find the motive and solve the mystery before any one else dies.
An entertaining and well-written mystery with its cast of varied and interesting characters.
