Kidnapped at the Tower by Anna Elliott and Charles Veley
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
1899 Holmes' new client is a Sir Humphrey Rollings. On a visit to the Tower of London, while Lady Rollings rested nearby, their six year old son Thomas, and his nursery governess Miss Abigail Marsh disappeared, presumably kidnapped for ransom. Holmes is called into the case, and a note is delivered with the first set of instructions.
An enjoyable well-written novella
