The Case of the Canterfell Codicil by P.J. Fitzsimmons
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
1928 Sebastian Canterfell has been pushed out of a tower window, but the room has been locked from the inside. So nephew Evelyn Fairfax (Fiddles) calls on friend Anthony Boisjoly for help as he has a reputation as a problem solver. He arrives at Canterfell Hall at the same time as Inspector Ivor Wittersham. What is the possible motive, how was the murder achieved, will there be another one.
An entertaining historical mystery with some delightful characters. A good start to the series
