In this Pride and Prejudice variation words spoken by Mr. Darcy divert Bingley towards Elizabeth Bennet rather than the blonde looks of her sister Jane. But more suitors appear for Elizabeth and not just Collins and Wickham.
An enjoyable well-wriitten story, with thankfully Caroline Bingley in the mix to add a touch of tartness.
Probably more of 3.5 stars.
