Murder at Work by Faith Martin
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
Detective Inspector Hillary Greene has only a few weeks left before her early retirement. Commander Donleavy is reluctant to see her go, and so when a suspicious death case arrives it is handed to Greene. The victim is Michael Ivers, warehouse manager, a gambler and a notorious womaniser. Complications might arrive because her ex-sergeant Frank Ross is the nightwatch man at the scene.
Another enjoyable read in this series with its interesting plot and believable characters.
