A Body On The Beach by P.F. Ford
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
Ex-policeman D.S. Norman is bored, so he is tempted when he is asked to come out of retirement and mentor some young police. So he arrives at Llangwelli, with new member D.I. Sarah Southall. It is not long before a body is discovered on the beach, and the education of the team begins.
An entertaining and well-written crime story with its likeable characters. A good start to the series.
