Lady Tinbough’s Dilemma by Clare Jayne
My rating: 3 of 5 stars
1788 Edinburgh. Friend to Lady Tinbough, Lady Harriette Huntly instructs her young cousin Ishbel Campbell, and Ewan MacPherson to discover Lady Tinbough’s missing emerald necklace. Though where to start the investigation. Then they discover that a maid has gone missing.
An enjoyable cozy historical mystery. A good start to the series.
