The Case of the Drowned Man by G.W. ColkittoMy rating: 4 of 5 stars
1896 Blegmouth harbour a ship is wrecked, and on board were 3 men. Symes believes that it was deliberately done, as the marker buoy was cut and the guiding light moved, and so it would be murder.
An entertaining historical mystery
