But now she is concerned when one of the Rosings's maids, Mary Booth, seems to be more than suffering from a broken heart. Charlotte is determined to solve the mystery and maybe help her own loneliness, and her sense of still being an outsider in this parish.
A delightful whodunnit with a cast of familiar characters plus a few new ones.
