The new sheriff of St. Joe, Evan Caldwell, has his new case. Jake Bellamy, an insurance agent, as been stabbed and with no motive the investigation is not progressing well. Then another body is discovered, stabbed. Still no motive pointing to any guilty parties.
An enjoyable and well-written crime story
