The Judas Murders by Ken Oder
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
1967. Sheriff Coleman Grundy is called to the scene of a killing. That of Betty Lou Mundy, who he finds dead in her front yard, and her husband, Leland, on the porch with a gun. The gun that probably killed her.
But is all as it seems. The story involves betrayal and secrets within families, with a multitude of well-drawn characters. Can Grundy find the answers before it is too late.
A interesting and well-written crime story
