1926 Nellie Dennet or as she is now known Rose Beckingham has arrived from India only to see an altercation between two men. One of whom will soon be murdered. While staying with her new relations and claim Rose's inheritance she decides to investigate.
Too much was revealed about the plot of the first Book to want and go back and read it. Unfortunately not really much of an investigation, a couple of questions asked and the guilty party revealed themsevles to Rose.
