A Patient ManA Patient Man by Charlie Garratt
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

September 1939. Inspector Given is still recovering from his last case when a letter arrives from his Uncle Gideon saying that he and his family had left Germany and arrived in Paris. He leaves to bring them to England. But he is called back to investigate the murder of a Reverend Duncan Beattie.
An enjoyable mystery, a well-written story with its very likeable characters. A good addition to the series.
