During a slumber party two of the girls decide to leave. The new partnership of detectives Jim North and Kerry Martin investigate. They must leave behind their troubled past to function as a team, if the girls are to be found alive, unlike the bodies that are soon unearthed.
An interesting read, a good start to a new series.
