Mr. Darcy Goes to Brighton: A Pride and Prejudice Variation Novella by Bella Breen
My rating: 3 of 5 stars
In this P&P variation instead of travelling to the Lakes, the Gardiners go to Brighton because Elizabeth is concerned about Lydia and her possible behaviour. Meanwhile Colonel Fitzwilliam is stationed in Brighton and invites his cousin Darcy to visit.
An enjoyable story with the Colonel being once again the most likeable character. Lydia's behaviour is a bit over the top, and Darcy is once again uncertain when faced with Lydia and Mrs Bennet.
Overall an enjoyable story
