In the Heat of the Night: A Pride and Prejudice variation (Jane Austen Book 7)In the Heat of the Night: A Pride and Prejudice variation by Kate McCray
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

A totally non-Canon variation of Pride and Prejudice. While gambling in Torquay Charles Bingley asks that Colonel Fitzwilliam independently investigate the death of Lady Catherine. While Baronet George Wickham declares that Lady Catherine companion - Elizabeth Bennet - is totally innocent.
A fun short story.
