Old Soldiers Never Die by Margaret Mayhew
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
The Colonel has finally retired to a cottage in Dorset. All goes well until Lady Ursula Swynford is discovered dead in her bed. While she was generally disliked, was that enough to get her killed. But by whom or why was she killed. The Colonel being curious starts to ask questions,
An entertaining and well-written cozy mystery, a good start to the series with its likeable and varied characters/
