May 1938. At the Awards Banquet ceremony, the first body is found in the ladies restroom, stabbed. The second, a male, floating in the pool, strangled. In both case minutes later the bodies had disappeared. Can Vivian and Preston, with the help of friends, work together to solve the mysteries.
An entertaining and well-written historical mystery with its cast of likeable and interesting characters. A good second book in the series.
