In this Northanger Abbey sequel it is now 1832 with over fifteen years having passed.
Eleanor, Lady Parker and her brother Henry with his family have arrived at the Abbey after the death of the General. The assumption is that Henry has inherited because of the death of their older brother Frederick. But now three months have passed and it is time for the will to be read. Who is it that Catherine Tilney sees in the ground, a ghost?
An enjoyable and well-written sequel.
