Murder's a Swine: A Second World War Mystery by Nap Lombard
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
1941 London. Clem Poplett, air-raid warden, and Mrs Agnes Kinghof, resident of Block 3, Steward’s Court discover the body of a man. It seems he is Reginald Coppenstall, brother to a Mrs Sibley, also of Block 3. Then the harassment of Mrs Sibley begins. By who and why. Soon more people are put in danger.
An entertaining historical mystery with its likeable and varied characters.
