1503 Rome. The newly elected pope Julius II has commissioned artists to design the St. Peter's Basilica. When the first backer of one of the artists is discovered multilated Cristinia and her brother Domenico Falchoni investigate.
An entertaining and interesting historical mystery with its likeable characters.
